Events

Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Events

 

Here you will find an overview of all training events taking place and the most important information about those events. So you can see at a glance when which Trainings will take place and how busy they are.

To create a new Event, go to the menu bar and click on +New

 

Now fill in all the fields you need for this event:

  • Training: Select the Training that will be provided at this event
  • Category: Select the Category of the Trainings
  • Start/End: Select the time frame of the event
  • Location: Select the Location of the event
  • Provider: Select the Provider of the training event
  • Speaker: Select the speaker
  • Language: Select the language of the event
  • Max. participants: Determine the maximum number of participants here. The remaining fields are automatically calculated as soon as participants are registered
  • Agenda: You can enter a special agenda for this event here

Save your record

 

You can now register participants. Click on the + Icon in the sector Registered Participants

 

 Now fill in all fields:

  • Participant Type: You can select here whether the participant is an employee, an applicant or a contact
  • Participant(...): Select the participant here
  • Event: This field is pre-filled and shows the event for which you are currently registering the participant
  • Registered/Waitlist: Determine whether the participant is Registered directly or whether he or she should be entered on the Waitlist
  • Registration Date: Please enter the registration date here

In order to complete the registration process, you can Save & Close the record

 

The registration is now valid and is also considered and included in the automatically calculated fields as well as in the overviews.

 

Follow-up

Each Participant automatically receives an email at the end of the training asking them to rate the training. This email contains a link to an assessment page where the participant can rate various aspects of the training, such as organization, learning speed and overall quality, and can comment on these aspects if desired.

This rating is displayed in the last section of the event. The average rating of all participants as well as the exact ratings including the comments of the participants can be viewed and evaluated here.

 

In the event, you can open the data record for each attendee and enter whether they actually attended the event or not. You can also add a comment.

 

 Further automatisms

All appointments and events are automatically synced with the participants' Outlook calendars.

If you change an appointment or the location of an event that already contains participants, these changes are automatically applied and adjusted in all calendars.
