Job History

Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Job History

This function offers you a clear list of all previous professional activities of all employees and even of your applicants.

You can change the view to display the information in different ways.

The data for this overview is taken directly from the Digital Personnel Files of the employees and updated in the event of changes.

To save you work, we recommend that you create new entries directly in the employee's Digital Personnel File and use this overview only for evaluations. Further information can be found here: Digital Personnel File - Job History

You can also use the filter function to adapt the view to your requirements.

Click on the funnel icon (1) in the upper right corner of the sector. Small arrows will then appear next to the column labels. If you open one of these arrows (2), you can, for example, sort the view alphabetically or use user-defined filters (3), for example to display only certain employees.

Applicants

You have three options for entering an applicant's career to date:

Enrich via Xing: During enrichment select the option Beruflicher Werdegang
CV Parsing: This function can take over the job history from the CV of an applicant
Manual input: You can do this in this overview as well as in the Digital Personnel File

Employees

For employees, the data entered during the application process is transferred seamlessly. Of course, the three enrichment options are also available to you here. However, the continuation of the career is particularly interesting.

For this purpose, the information specified in the employee's employment terms are retrieved. Thus the current position automatically becomes a former position as soon as the current employment terms are replaced by new valid employment terms.

In this way, you can track and trace at any time how the employee has developed professionally before being hired and especially in your own company.

If you open an entry by double-clicking on it, you will receive a detailed list of this station in the job history.

The fields are all self-explanatory and only the field showing the duration of employment is automatically calculated from the start and end dates.
