Skill Levels

Go to Navigation Bar -> HR -> Skill Levels

This overview shows you all the skill levels that exist in your company and the corresponding employees. The skill level is the combination of a Skill and Skill Grades. The skill level indicates how well an employee masters a skill.

 

You should not create new skill levels here, but do so directly in the employee's Digital Personnel File. Further information can be found here: Digital Personnel File - Skills

The data displayed here is read from the digital employee files of all employees and displayed here for an overview.

The graphic in the diagram area displays this information again in a graph.

To display only certain information, you can use the filter function.

To do this, click on the small funnel (1) in the upper right corner of the area. Click on one of the small arrows (2) in the header line of the table. Now select one of the desired filter methods (3) and confirm with OK (4)
