What exactly does the integration do?

The integration is completely flexible and configurable, so it can be used to exchange any data between Microsoft BC and Hubdrive HR. Customers and partners can extend it with custom fields and add individual processes and features by configuring the integration settings. Hubdrive delivers the integration with the following pre-built processes as standard:

Employee files

The basis of HR management starts with the employee. It is therefore important that all information about the employee is always up-to-date in the HR solution and in Microsoft BC. The Hubdrive BC integration ensures that all employee data can be managed where the changes first appear - whether in the BC system or in Hubdrive HR.

Employee skills

Skills are important for working in Microsoft BC and especially for assigning employees to projects or letting them work in operations or other areas. However, skills are best managed in a holistic HR solution with proper talent management functionality. With the Hubdrive BC integration, skills can be created and mapped, then be assigned to an employee.

Projects/Processes

Customers using Microsoft BC for project management or operations set up projects or various processes for their production within BC. These projects or processes are needed to track costs in these areas and to record hours that can be billed to other business partners. To provide employees with a single point of contact, Hubdrive ensures that these projects or processes are displayed in the Employee Self-Service app.
