Create a Disciplinary Measure

Objective

This tutorial shows how HR Managers and Supervisors can add a disciplinary measure to the employee´s file in case of misbehavior. This way all disciplinary measures can be stored and easily accessed.

Prerequisites

Click Through

  • HR Managers start in HR HUB
  • Supervisors start in HR HUB Manager Self-Services and in the lower left corner, switch from 'My Time & Leave' to Manager Self-Services
  • Under Administration, click on Disciplinary Measures
  • Click on + New
  • Add the reason (free text field)
  • Add the employee
  • Add the date
  • Select the form (written/verbal/terminated)
  • Add a remark (optional)
  • Change the status from Draft to Valid
  • Save & Close

Hint

  • This process works the same way for both Supervisors and HR managers.
  • Once the file is saved for the first time, the timeline unlocks, which allows you to add documents to the record entry.
  • Disciplinary measures can also be added directly inside the employee's digital personnel file, under the tab Performance.

Result

Once the entry is added, it can be seen by the HR Manager and by the Supervisor of the employee.
