Copilot CV Parsing uses AI to parse important information from applicants' CV's directly into the HR solution. It is very useful if you want to add information like name, phone number, prior Job History, etc. directly into your HR solution without having to add that information manually from the CV.

Parse CVs with Copilot AI
Objective
Prerequisites
- Before first use, this functionality needs to be configured
- To use this functionality, you need a Power Automate Premium license
- Parsing CV's with Copilot uses AI builder credits. Without enough credits, this feature can't be used. You can find more information on AI builder credits credits with Microsoft here
- The CV you wish to parse needs to be available in a compatible format (PDF, .jpg, .jpeg, .png)
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- Under Recruiting, click on Applications
- Open the application for which you would like to parse the CV
- Make sure the relevant CV is attached to the application via Timeline
- For applications received from the Recruiting Portal or other channels, this should automatically be the case
- For applications received via Email you need to attach the CV by using the clipboard icon in the timeline, then selecting the relevant file from your PC
- You may need to refresh the page after uploading the file
- To parse the CV, click on the blue button AI CV Parsing
- Select the desired document, then click Parse CV
- The information in the CV is now being parsed to your HR solution
Hint
- The parsing may take up to 2 minutes to complete. If you don't see the information immediately, wait a moment, then refresh the page.
- This functionality uses AI to transfer information from an applicant's CV into the HR solution. As with all AI tools, there is a possibility the parsed information may be wrong. Be sure to double-check the parsed information with the original CV.
