F&O in Recruiting: After hiring, create a Worker in F&O

Objective

After completing the recruiting process in Hubdrive, the applicant is converted to an employee. As soon as the process is complete, this employee will then be automatically transferred to the F&O environment.

If a new employee is created manually in Hubdrive, a Workflow needs to be triggered to transfer them to F&O.

This tutorial shows you how to handle both cases.

Prerequisites

  • Your F&O integration is set up
  • The employee is hired in Hubdrive

Case 1: New employee is hired via application in Hubdrive

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Hire a new Employee (Tutorial)
  • After the Status is set to "Hired" and you save, the HR solution will automatically create a new employee record from the applicant's data
  • This employee will then automatically be transferred to F&O. You do not need to do anything else.

Case 2: New employee has manually been created in Hubdrive

If the employee is manually created in Hubdrive, please do the following:
  • Using the left bottom drop-down menu, select F&O HR Integration
  • Click on Worker
  • Select the recently created employee
  • Click on Flow
  • Click on F&O Integration - F&O Worker - Employee - Hubdrive
  • This workflow will transfer your manually created Employee to F&O.
  • The Employee in Hubdrive is called Worker in F&O.
  • It may be necessary to add more information to the file of the worker in F&O.
