Employment Terms & Final Decision

Objective

This functionality lets you assign an employment term template to an application in the "Contract Negotiation" process step. This employment term template corresponds to the employment term of the future employee and can be stored directly as an employment term in the system if the hiring is successful.

Prerequisites

  • Make sure you are an HR Manager or Recruiter
  • Employment term templates have already been created in your system
  • The application process is in the last process step "contract negotiation".

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Under Recruiting, click on Applications
  • Open the desired application
  • Complete the recruiting process up to the last step "contract negotiation"
  • Select the appropriate employment term template and fill in all the necessary fields
  • Select your decision in the Drop-down:
    • Hire employee: An employee record is created for the applicant.
    • Rejected by company / Declined by applicant: The applicant is not hired, the application process is finished. If an applicant has several open applications, nothing will happen to not interrupt the application process of the remaining open applications. If you reject the applicant, you need to give a reason for rejection.
    • Candidate Pool: The employee is not hired, but they are moved to the pool of applicants and will continue to be available via Talent Search.
  • Click on Finish
