Prerequisites

  • In order for the trainee to be able to work with the Training module as planned, the template must be rolled out beforehand and the corresponding events must be planned.

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB Employee Self-Services
  • In the lower left corner, switch from 'My Time & Leave' to Employee Self-Service
  • Under Training navigate to Training Plans
  • Alternatively, click on Dashboards and, using the drop-down, change the view from 'Employee Cockpit' to My Training Overviews. You can find more information under Training Dashboards
  • In both cases you can see which Training Plans have been assigned to you.
  • Click on your Training Plan
  • In the Training Plan you will see the Trainings and Learning Modules you need to complete.
  • The Progress and Duration are automatically calculated from the data below.
  • In the Trainings grid, select and open the desired Training
  • You, as a Training Participant, will see the following relevant information:
    • Training Category
    • What the Training is
    • Information on the Trainer and Provider
    • A Content Path, and any Content Files that are intended for you.
  • If you have an Exam to complete, you will see this under Exams (left side menu).
  • Click on the Exam to see all the necessary information.
    • Once you feel ready to complete an Exam, the Status Reason should be changed to Exam Requested
    • Then, your Training admin knows there's the need for your exam to be planned. Once it has been organized, you will receive an Outlook invitation for the exam.
  • Click on the Learning Module to view the part of the Training Plan that requires an Event, and any Content Files
  • There are 2 options for progress in Learning Modules:
    • Locked: means that the progress comes from an event that you have to attend, with successfully confirmed attendance the progress is automatically set to 100%.
    • Moveable: means that it is a learning module where you have to learn something yourself. For example, an online document that you have to read through or a training video that you should watch. Depending on how far you are with the learning content, you move the slider manually, then save. The progress in the Learning Module is also calculated into the progress of the training above it.
  • Where there is a Training Event for this Learning Module, you will see this under Training Events
  • If you have successfully completed the Learning Modules, Trainings, Training Plans, and, associated Exams the Certificates & Skill Levels will be updated, automatically, in your Digital Personnel File.
