Use the Training Rollout Center
Objective
The Training Rollout Center is an integral part of the Training & eLearning Module. With the help of the Rollout Centers, Training Plans with their Trainings and Learning Modules and Certificates with their Exams and corresponding achievable Skill Levels can be distributed to employees.

Selects the desired Rollout Configuration

Chooses the desired template

Selects the employee(s) who should receive the training plan / certificate
Employee
Receives their individual training plan / certicifate
Prerequisites
- The template structure should be complete so that all necessary data can then be transferred appropriately:
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- Under Training, click on Rollout Centers
- Click on + New
- Enter an appropriate Name for the Rollout event
- Using Rollout Type identify and select the required type
- Training Plan: This is the configuration for rolling out a Training Plan containing Trainings and Learning Modules
- Certificate: This is the configuration for rolling out a Certificate and, where appropriate, the Exams contained within.
- Using Exam required select whether the Training Plan or Certificate being rolled out contains exams in the structure.
- The last field will change depending on the Rollout Type. Select the Training Plan or Certificate that is required to be Rolled Out to employees.
- Save
- In the 'Employees' grid on the right-hand side, use 'Add Existing Employee' to identify and select those employees the template is to be rolled out to
- Depending on the zoom settings of your browser, this option may be hidden behind the three dots in the top right corner of the grid
- When you're done, click on the 'Rollout' button
- The template is then rolled out to the selected employees
Hint
- If you want to roll out a template, we recommend that you create a new Rollout Center and not modify an existing one, so that you can keep track of when you rolled out which template to which employees.
