The following page shows how HR Managers or Supervisors can modify a Leave Request of an employee.
This process ensures that the employee doesn't have to create another Leave Request, if the dates of their absence period changes for any reason.

Prerequisites
- The employee must have an approved leave request
Click Through
- HR Managers start in HR HUB
- Supervisors start in HR HUB Manager Self-Services and in the lower left corner, switch from 'My Time & Leave' to Manager Self-Services
- Under Administration, click on Employees
- Open the file of the desired employee
- Go to the tab Leave & Absence
- Open the Leave Request that needs to be changed by double-clicking on it
- Click on the button Modify Leave Request
- As action to perform, select Modify Leave Request
- Enter the new Start Date
- Enter the new End Date
- Click on Next
- Click on Close
Hint
- This process can be done by an HR Manager or by the employee's Supervisor.
Result
Once the new dates have been entered and saved, an automated process will update the absence calendar and the employee will be notified about the new leave dates via email.
