This section shows how the HR Manager can rollout annual Leave Entitlements in an easy process, simply by using a dialogue. This process has to be performed yearly and ensures that all employees receive their leave entitlements for the next fiscal year.

Prerequisites
- Employees have to be assigned to a department in their Digital Personnel File
Click Through
- In HR HUB
- Select Employees or Departments
- In the list, mark all employees/departments you want to carry out the process for
- Click on Flow
- Select Rollout Leave Entitlements
- Enter the fiscal year for which you want to roll out leave entitlements
- Click on Run Flow
- Done
Hint
- This process can only be done by the HR Manager.
- This dialogue affects all the employees of a selected department and the employees of the departments that are hierarchically beneath (up to 5 department hierarchy levels).
- The rollout can also be performed for one or a group of employees
- Rollout of leave entitlements may take a bit of time depending on the size of your company.
