Employee Cockpit

You will find the Employee Cockpit in the following Apps: HR HUB Employee Self-Service & HR HUB Manager Self-Service. The Employee Cockpit serves as your employees' entry point.
You can open the homepage via the dashboard view:

 

The cockpit contains the following accesses:

  • 1. Create new Leave Request
  • 2. Create a new HR Request
  • 3. My employee data
  • 4. Show Hierarchy


     

    Furthermore, the virtual time clock has been integrated so that time recording can take place without delay. In addition to the time recording, the attendances of the current week are displayed to provide a good overview.


    The cockpit also has a section that provides information about upcoming vacations and substitutions


    As a new feature, there is now also a birthday list of your employees and a notification function. The Employees only see the birthdays from their department.


    The Notifications section is used by the HR Manager to send company-wide notifications to all employees. It is, so to speak, a small intranet for your employees to get important informations quickly. To create notifications, open the HR HUB App and go to the Announcement - section. Click on "New.

     

    Now please fill out the following lines:

  • Title: Title of the Announcement
  • Announcement-Date: Day, where the Announcement gets published
  • Description: Details

    Your Employees will receive your Announcement in their own Employee Cockpit.
