Configure your Hubdrive
1. How to access your Hubdrive solution
Tutorial how regular users can access the Hubdrive solution.
2. Ensure security and data protection
Enter the Advanced Settings to make sure security and data protection are configured correctly.
3. Select your preferred data format (individual)
Tutorial where to configure your preferred format for currency, time, date etc. in Hubdrive, in case you would like to use a different format than the one globally set for your HR solution.
4. Create Departments
Create Departments in Hubdrive and sort them according to your organizational structure.
5. Create Employment Terms Templates
Create templates on basis of which Employment Terms for your employees can be created.
6. Import employees
After finishing the installation process and the necessary base configurations, it's time to import your employees to Hubdrive.
7. Set up Employment Terms
Tutorial on how to create Employment Terms for your employees based on previously created Employment Term Templates.
8. Digital Personnel File: Additional settings
After importing your employees to the system, add important information to their Digital Personnel Files, e.g. their supervisor and the primary work location.
9. Digital Personnel File: Add system user
When all data has been added to the system, add system users to the digital personnel files to give system access to your employees.
