Skill Levels in Talent Management

Objective

Skill Levels consist of previously created Skills and Skill Grades

For example, a language Skill for English may have a series of Skill Grades applied to it such as beginner, intermediate, or professional. The combination of the two – for example, 'English intermediate' – is called a Skill Level.
