Create Template for Evaluation Review
Objective
Evaluation based reviews allow Managers to assess an employee skill level in an identified area. These skills, typically, are gained through training and education and can be reviewed periodically to understand employee progress. This guide is designed to show HR Managers how to create Employee Evaluation Review Templates for use in Manager/Employee Review or 360° Reviews that involve the participation of an employee's peer-group.
Prerequisites
- Skills and Skill Grades have already been created
- If used: Training Plan has been created
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- In the lower left corner, switch from Overview to Settings
- Under Talent Management, click on Review Templates
- Select + New
- Name the New Review Template with a fitting description
- Assign a Job Profile if the Review Template will be applied based on an employee Job Profile
- Assign a Template Type, this should be based on the frequency of review this template will be used for
- In the Include Skills dropdown, select which Skills should be taken into account for the Review Template
- Enter a Valid From date
- Enter a Valid To date
- If needed, edit the record Owner, this person will be responsible for the Review Template
- Save
- Two new tables will appear, navigate to the 'Review Template Evaluation' table and select + New Review Detail
- Enter an appropriate Name for the Review Detail
- From the drop-down menu select the Type – Evaluation
- In the Review Template field, HR Managers have the option to apply the Review Detail to another Evaluation Template if required
- (optional) Identify and select a Training Plan
- Enter the required Skill
- Save & Close
- Add more Review Details to the Evaluation template until all evaluation aspects are covered
- Save & Close

- Evaluation Review Templates can be applied to both Manager/Employee Review and 360° Reviews.
