Direct Training Rollout
Objective
This tutorial demonstrates how to Rollout a Training Plan, Training, or Learning Modules to employees. There may be a requirement to Rollout an element of a Training Plan to a individual employee, or a complete Training Plan to an employee, without the requirement for the use of the Rollout Centers.
Prerequisites
- You are HR Manager
- Training Plan Template is created
- Training Template is created
- Learning Module Template is created
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- In the lower left corner, switch from Overview to Training & eLearning
- In the left side menu, select the desired area
- Training Plans
- Trainings
- Learning Modules
- Click on + New
- Ensure that under New Training the Trainer form is selected in the Dropdown
- Add the Name
- The record Type should be set to Usage
- Select the Employee required for the training
- Select a Learning Type
- Select a Learning Classification
- Select a Category
- Select the Duration (only for Learning Modules)
- Select the Language
- Select a Training Event, if there is an existing Training Event
- The Status Reason should remain 'Planning'
- Select the Provider
- Select the required Template
- Enter the Trainer as required
- Enter a URL in to the Learning Content Path where there is training information stored online
- Enter a Description to provide any additional information for the employee
- Save & Close

- Where there is no Training Event, this can be left blank until a Training Event has been generated.
