Direct Training Rollout
Objective
Where there is a Training requirement for an individual employee, HR Managers and Trainers are able to Rollout Trainings to the individual without the use of the Rollout Centers.
Prerequisites
- You are HR Manager
- Training Plan Template is created
- Training Template is created
- Learning Module Template is created
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- In the lower left corner, switch from Overview to Training & eLearning
- Navigate to Trainings
- Click on + New
- Ensure that under New Training the Trainer form is selected in the Dropdown
- Add the Name
- Type should be set to Usage
- Select the Template the Training should be based on
- Identify and select the Employee required for the Training
- Select the Training Category
- If required, enter a Content Path
- If required, select a Provider
- If required, select a Contact
- If required, select a Department
- Select the Training Plan Template required for Rollout
- Update the Duration to reflect the amount of time required for the Training
- Save & Close
Hint
- Where there is no Training Event, this can be left blank until a Training Event has been generated.
- The Direct Rollout method requires a pre-existing Template that should be created and available for Rollout.
