Leave overview information for HR Managers and Supervisors
Objective
This page shows how HR Managers and Supervisors can see detailed information about their own, and their employees', absences. Here is possible to see how much leave entitlement an employee has for each absence type, how much of this entitlement has already been used, and how long the remaining entitlement calculated from is still valid.
Process

Navigate to HR HUB
HR Manager
Open leave summaries menu
HR Manager
Select the employee or data type
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- On the left side menu select Leave Summaries
- Select the view Active Leave Summaries via the drop-down in the heading
- Select the desired entry
- You can also use Filters to find entries within the list easier
Hint
- The entitlements, as well as their validity, are automatically transferred from the employment contract. All absences already taken are transferred from the absence management.
- Planned absences are displayed in the leave summaries overview as soon as they are approved. Ad-hoc absences are taken over directly.
- An individual data record is displayed for each employee per absence type in the leave summaries overview.
- HR Managers can see the leave summaries from the complete organization.
- Supervisors can see the leave summaries from their own departments.
Result
The page shows a list with employee´s name, absence type, entitlement, and start and end date.
Tips & Tricks
If you can't view the leave overview as described above, please check the following:
- The employee has a valid Employment Term
- The employee must have a valid working schedule (or work pattern)
- A Primary Work Location must be assigned to the employee
- The leave entitlements should be already applied (manually or via Employment Term)
- Employees, HR Managers and Supervisor must have a valid license assigned
