This section gives you a quick overview of the employment terms, all agreed wages and received payments

 

1. Employment Terms

In this sector you will find all the employment terms that have ever been agreed with the employee. As soon as the employment terms are renewed and replaced, the new terms appear as a new entry, but the old replaced terms remain visible. This ensures a high level of transparency at all times and all changes to the employment terms can be traced by anyone.

2. Wages

This section shows you all agreed wages from the valid employment terms of the employee. From monthly salaries, annual bonuses and one-time bonuses to variable commissions, you will always have an overview here.

3. Payments

In this section all actual payments made to the employee are displayed. As soon as you have created a payment, the data is transferred here and also synchronized for corrections.
