Enable flows
Objective
The installation of the flow solution and enabling then are a necessary step in order to use the Bulk Synchronization of existing records.
Prerequisites
- This has to be done by the system admin
- Rollup 46 installed (or any above version)
- BC Connection setup
- Install Appsource offer from Hubdrive
- Enable Virtual tables
Click Through
- Start on Hubdrive - HR Management for Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Click on Customer Login and then on To the Customer Portal
- Click on Sign in
- Add your Username
- Add your Password
- Click on Sign in
- On the ribbon, click on Downloads
- Under Optional Downloads, download the Addon: HRforDynamicsBCFlowIntegration
- Go to make.powerapps.com
- Make sure that you are in the correct environment
- Click on Solutions
- Click on Import solution
- Click on Browse
- Select the downloaded file
- Click on Next
- Click on Next
- Click on Import
- Wait until the installation is complete
- Click on Solutions in the sidemap again
- Click on All
- Click HR for Dynamics – BC Flow Integration
- In the side map, click on Cloudflows
- Open the flows that start with [Action Needed] one by one
- Click on the Pencil Icon (edit) in each flow
- Click on When a record is created (V3)
- Change the Environment to your Business Central Environment
- Change Company to the Name of your Company in BC displayed in the Dropdown
- Change the API category to hubdrive/bc/v1.0
- Do not change the Table name from the prefilled value under any circumstances! (Screenshot)
- Click on Save
- Take these steps for all the flows that start with [Action Needed]
