This functionality automatically compares the required skills of a job offer with the actual skills of the applicant. This happens as soon as you create an application that is linked to a job profile.
This tutorial shows you how to assign skills to a job profile. The system will then automatically compare an applicant's skills to the assigned required skills.

Prerequisites
- Make sure you are an HR Manager or Recruiter and have a valid license assigned
- Skills and skill grades must be previously defined and maintained in the system
- You have created at least one Job profile
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB
- Under Recruiting, click on Job Profiles
- Open the Job profile you wish to assign skills to
- Under Skill Levels you can assign required skills with a rating to this job profile
- Click on + New Skill Level to create a skill level consisting of a skill and a skill grade
- These skill levels are now visible both in the job profile and in the application in the Skills Assessment section.
