Create and publish a vacancy

Objective

With the Hubdrive HR solution, you can organize all vacancies of a company and publish them on job portals. The process is divided into different phases, starting with the request for a vacancy, and concluding with the hiring of an applicant.
The focus of this page is on the creation and publication of a vacancy.

Prerequisites

  • Make sure you are an HR Manager or Recruiter and have a valid license assigned.

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB
  • Under Recruiting, click Vacancies
  • Click +New
  • Set "Based on Job Profile" to Yes
  • In the "Job Profile" field, search for and enter your previously created job profile
  • Fill in any fields shown as required
  • Click Save
  • Change the process step from "Requested" to "Enrichment"
  • Fill in fields displayed as required
  • Change the process step from "Enrichment" to "Approval"
  • Your supervisor will now be notified. After their approval, the process step changes to "Publishing"
  • In the Summary section, you now select the Publishing Type
  • A list with your configured recruiting channels will open, read how to set them up here
  • Under the column Publishing Operation you can start publishing by selecting "None", then Start
  • After you have published a vacancy, you will receive the first applications. In the next step, you learn about applicant management.

Hint

  • The necessary fields in the form change depending on which step of the process you are in.
  • With the selection of the previously created job profile, all previously created details are automatically transferred to the vacancy.
  • A lot of data for publication can come from the job profile. Therefore, it is recommended to have a detailed job profile as a template.
