Register your attendance
Employee
View your recorded attendance in the Employee Cockpit
Click Through
- Start in HR HUB Employee Self-Services
- In the Employee Cockpit
- Use the Virtual Time Clock function
- Click on the desired entry (e.g. "Start Work")
- Your work time is now being tracked until you select a different entry (e.g. "End Work")
- You can also track breaks with the Virtual Time Clock.
Hint
- The HR Manager can configure the buttons shown inside the Virtual Time Clock according to company preferences
- Employees can track their attendances by navigating to Attendance -> Attendance Details
- Entries from the Attendance will be automatically transferred to the Time Sheet and Time Summary of the employee
- The Virtual Time Clock is available to HR Managers and Supervisors as well
- Once the employee starts work, the Virtual Time Clock will block some of the options, guiding the employee to add the next entry without mistakes; e.g. After Start Work, the options End Work, or End Break are available, but all the other buttons are locked.
- Time Stamps in the HR solution will always be displayed based on the time zone settings of the user who is currently viewing the record. In case supervisor and employee are working from different time zones, the supervisor will see their employee's start time "translated" to their own time zone. The employee will see their own time stamp in their time zone.
