Reply to applicants' emails with AI support

Functionality

Hubdrive now supports you in daily tasks by suggesting answers to applicant questions based on previous emails and HR data.

When you receive an email with questions from an applicant in Teams or Outlook and click on “Reply”, Microsoft Copilot can suggest answers to all questions. Copilot uses the content of all previous emails including attachments as well as all information stored in HR for Dynamics, such as positions, job profiles, applications and CVs. You can briefly revise the suggested answers, add additional information and send the email.

Recruiting Portal improved

Functionality

The recruiting portal has been improved. The interface now responds even better to device formats (responsive design). The requirements of devices such as extra-wide monitors, tablets with very high resolution and the latest smartphones are now supported.

Performance has also been improved to almost real-time.

Jobs could always be displayed in any number of languages. Now the texts are pulled directly from the job description in HR for Dynamics. There is no need for additional publishing.

Time & Attendance

Time tracking with geolocation and extended correction options

Functionality

With the geolocation functionality, employees can only track times when they are near their workplace. This is important in some industries. The functionality can be completely deactivated if it is not desired or not legally possible.

The process for correcting time stamps has been enhanced. Employees can now either correct their time stamps themselves or initiate a correction via a request to their line manager. An example of this would be if an employee has just clocked out and then an important customer calls.

New employee cockpit for mobile use

Functionality

The employee cockpit has been completely redesigned for mobile use. There are large, easy-to-use buttons and input fields for all essentials.

The cockpit now adapts to the various device screens.

The interface has been designed to be barrier-free for people with disabilities or restrictions such as reading disorders (dyslexia). Convenient functions such as a list of upcoming birthdays round off the solution.

Create employee IDs flexibly

Functionality

You can now automatically create employee IDs, which can help you to get a unique reference number for another IT system, for example. You can define your own terminology.

For example, the number could start with the first three letters of the surname and be supplemented by six ascending digits.
