Go to Talent Search and click on +NEW

Enter a name for the search and choose whether you want to search only employees, only the applicant pool, or both.

Select the job profile you want to base the search on and if a minimum employment period is necessary.

In the free text search you can enter several search terms, which must be separated by a comma.

Save the search.

In the section Search Criteria you can add Required Skills or Required Education by clicking the Ellipsis

More information can be found here: Skills, Skill Grades, Skill Levels

Enter a Name and select, if you want to add a skill or a certificate, that is needed.

Select the required skill and how important this skill is for the search

Optional: The skill is not needed, but would be an advantage

Minimum: The skill must be at least this skill grade

Maximum: The skill must not exceed this skill grade

Certificate: Select the needed certificate

Press Save and the requirement will be added to the search

In the section Advanced, you can change the weighting of the search criteria. This is done by means of a multiplier.

For example, if the minimum skill grades are more important to you than the years of employment, you set the multipliers to Skill Grades = 20 and Years of Employment = 10.

Once all search criteria are correct, click Next Phase

The search is now running. The duration of the search varies depending on the number of people searched.

As soon as search is finished, the process jumps to the third phase and Search Complete displays the value Yes.

The result is a list of all potential candidates with a rating score. If desired, you an automatically recurring search. As interval you can choose between 1 day, 1 week and 1 month.

To evaluate all details of the result, open the records by double-clicking.

Inside these records you will see all necessary information, i.e. if the match is an employee or an applicant and how the score is calculated in detail.
