360° Feedback Review: Reviewee (Self-review)

Objective

Within 360° Reviews, different people (typically coworker, supervisor) provide feedback to an employee. A self-evaluation of the reviewed employee is part of the review process, as well.
The objective of this guide is to direct employees to their 360° Review requiring self-review and to complete the information in order for the review process to continue.

Process

HR Manager
Creates and distributes 360° Feedback Review
Employee
Enters their self-evaluation and sets the record to complete
Co-Worker
Completes feedback review
Supervisor
Completes feedback review

Click Through

  • Start in HR HUB Employee Self-Services
  • In the lower left corner, switch from 'My Time & Leave' to Employee Self-Services
  • Under My Data, click on 360° Review
  • Using the 'view' drop-down menu, choose Open 360° Performance Reviews
  • Select the 360° Review that requires your self-evaluation
  • Fill in Review Details:
    • Detail: Enter detail information using the free text box
    • Rating: Enter a numerical rating from 1-5, depending on perceived performance in the area being assessed
    • Comment: Enter a comment using the free text box
    • Complete: Set to 'yes' when you're done. After that, no further changes on your feedback will be possible.
  • Save & Close

Result

After you finished your self-assessment, feedback from a coworker and a supervisor will also be collected. Discuss the results of your review later with your designated HR manager or supervisor.
The screenshot below shows an example of a filled-out self-review in HR for Dynamics. The record is inactive because the field 'Completed' is set to 'Yes'.

Tips & Tricks

If you were not able to give your self-evaluation as described above, please contact your HR department and have them check the following:
  • You are an employee and have a valid Self-Service license assigned
  • Digital Personnel Files have been created
  • Job Profile has been created (optional)
  • Review Template containing Departments, Areas, Skills, and Skill Levels has already been distributed
  • The distributed review contains Training Target required
  • Training required has been created
