Manage Employment Terms

The Employment Term of an employee (contract) carries important information, and can easily be maintained by the HR Manager. At a glance, it´s possible to see Wages, Leave Entitlements, Primary Work Location and Time Account.

HR Managers can create templates, on basis of which the Employment Terms of multiple employees can be created. This functionality can save time and efforts for the HR Department.

Based on the data of the Employment Term of the employee, other automatisms are possible, such as distribution of the leave entitlements, payroll preparation and collection of extra hours.
In case the employee leaves the company, or have the employment terms replaced, is also possible to change, replace or cancel his employment term (contract). This functionality is simply done via one button, and all the subsequent tasks, connected to the contract will be adjusted by the system.
